Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and Age Gate

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase age-restricted products. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet applicable age requirements and are legally able to purchase and receive our products where you live.

Your Responsibility for Compliance

Laws vary by location and change frequently. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws and regulations applicable to your purchase, possession, and use of our products in your jurisdiction. We do not guarantee legality outside the locations we expressly ship to.

Products and No Claims

Product descriptions and Site content are for general information only. We do not make medical, therapeutic, performance, or outcome claims. Nothing on the Site is a substitute for professional advice.

Order Acceptance and Cancellations

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, refuse, or limit any order at our discretion, including due to suspected fraud, legal risk, inventory limits, pricing or content errors, or shipping restrictions. Cancellation requests can be sent to support@goodgrass.shop. Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.

Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. You are responsible for taxes, duties, shipping, and applicable fees shown at checkout. By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected method for the total amount. Unresolved chargebacks may violate these Terms.

Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Restrictions

We ship only to locations offered at checkout and may refuse shipment where delivery appears unlawful or undeliverable. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We may require adult signature for age-restricted items. We are not liable for delays due to carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

State your policy here (for example: “All sales are final for consumable goods,” or set a return window for unopened items). For defects or damage, notify us within [X] days of delivery with photos at support@goodgrass.shop. We may replace or refund at our discretion. Obtain an RMA before sending any item back.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renew

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the interval shown at sign-up until you cancel. Manage changes or cancellations in your account or by emailing support@goodgrass.shop at least [X] days before renewal. Shipments already processed cannot be canceled. We may adjust subscription pricing with notice; continued use after notice is acceptance.

Accounts and Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current, and complete information and update it as needed.

Promotions, Gift Cards, and Discounts

Promotions may be subject to additional terms, time limits, and exclusions. We may modify or end any promotion at our discretion. Unless required by law, gift cards are nonrefundable, not reloadable, and not redeemable for cash.

User Content and License

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Services and our marketing. You represent that you own or have rights to the User Content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate laws. We may moderate or remove User Content at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to violate laws or third-party rights; attempt to bypass age gates, export restrictions, or geo-blocking; use bots or scrapers; interfere with security or operation of the Site; or divert, resell, or export products contrary to law or these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All Site content (including text, graphics, logos, product names, and look-and-feel) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may use the Site only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law.

Third-Party Services

The Site may link to or integrate third-party services (such as payment processors, analytics, and shipping tools), which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Electronic Communications

By opting in, you consent to receive marketing and transactional messages by email and/or SMS from us or our vendors. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out as described in messages or by contacting support@goodgrass.shop. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional or service messages.

Regulatory Disclosures and Lab Information

Where provided, product information (such as batch numbers, certificates of analysis, and ingredient lists) is supplied “as is” for informational purposes and may be issued by third-party labs. We do not promise any outcome or benefit from product use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we or our affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim, or (b) $100.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, governmental actions, supply interruptions, or carrier issues.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by emailing support@goodgrass.shop within 30 days of the event. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by final, binding arbitration administered by [AAA/JAMS] under its rules, rather than in court. You and we agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action. Miscellaneous

These Terms and any referenced policies (including the Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.
