this is the second time I have got this strain I have had so much fun with this strain and the high let me tell you I smoked an hour of writing this and have not had to fire up since its a very tight holding body high This is a major go to if you suffer with insomnia If taken in large doses you will be off to sleep in a short time

Truly incredible Sweet vanilla with earthy floral undertones finally settling back into a creamy aftertaste What started out as a tingly body high settled into a deep full body relaxation My head felt like it was up in the clouds as I truly did not have a care in the world I would highly recommend this strain to anyone and everyone

Cookies and Cream flower when smoked is earthy, and does have a slight burnt cookie taste on exhale. Dry herb vape, the flower has a more nutty popcorn taste. I lean into GSC genetics and this is one of my go to sleepy, right before bed, help me sleep strains. This hits me like a heavy indica right between the eyes my lids get heavy. If I go lay down right after a couple servings I'll fall asleep fast. I do have insomnia at times and this strain is one of the few strong enough to put me out. I reserve Cookies and Cream for about an hour before bed treat to help me get awesome sleep. I enjoy this strain, it very much has medicinal qualities. Super relaxing, melts away my chronic back pain too. Semicouch lock, fun movie night strain.
